Janice Wilson spent six years as an executive director of a GTA-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors maintain independence in their own homes. That experience coordinating community resources, supporting families through complex transitions, and navigating the senior care ecosystem from the inside, is the foundation this practice is built on.

What that experience made clear is that the logistical burden of a senior transition falls almost entirely on adult children who are already stretched thin. Clearpath Transitions Consulting was built to fill that gap: bringing professional grade coordination to families who need it but have nowhere to turn for it.

Most Ontario home insurance policies require documented proof of professional home-watch services to remain valid on a vacant property. We handle every detail of the seasonal pivot so that your estate stays protected, compliant, and ready for your return.
  • Departure coordination: insurance compliant home watch sourcing, seasonal contracts, subscription pauses, travel & pet transport
